MUVCAR is a digital car rental platform operated by CarConnect Ltd, designed to connect vehicle owners with renters in a secure and transparent environment.
By accessing or using the MUVCAR mobile application, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old. Renters must have a valid driver's license. MUVCAR reserves the right to verify identity and approve or reject users at its discretion.
2User Accounts
Users must provide accurate and complete information and are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Misuse may result in suspension or termination.
3Platform Role
MUVCAR acts only as an intermediary between Car Owners and Renters. MUVCAR does not own or control any vehicles listed on the platform. All rental agreements are between users.
4Car Owner Responsibilities
Car Owners must provide accurate vehicle details and ensure their vehicles are roadworthy, registered, and insured. MUVCAR securely stores vehicle information, including license plate numbers, for safety and verification. Listing illegal or unsafe vehicles is prohibited.
5Renter Responsibilities
Renters must use vehicles responsibly and follow all traffic laws. Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or subleasing. Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle in proper condition and covering any damages, fines, or late fees.
6Rentals & Payments
MUVCAR facilitates payments between users. Service fees may apply. Users agree to pay all rental charges, penalties, and applicable fees through the platform.
7Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the booking. MUVCAR reserves the right to enforce cancellation rules and prevent abuse of the system.
8Liability
CarConnect Ltd is not liable for accidents, damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use of the platform or interactions between users. All risks are borne by the Car Owner and the Renter.
9Insurance & Damages
Car Owners are responsible for ensuring proper insurance coverage. Renters are responsible for any damages not covered by insurance. MUVCAR may assist in dispute resolution but is not responsible for enforcement.
10Prohibited Activities
Users must not provide false information, engage in fraud, bypass platform payments, or use the service for illegal purposes. Violations may result in permanent suspension and legal action.
11Data & Security
MUVCAR collects and stores user and vehicle data, including license plate information, for security, fraud prevention, and service improvement. By using the platform, you consent to this.
12Termination
MUVCAR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove listings, and take appropriate action against users who violate these terms.
13Changes to Terms
MUVCAR may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
14Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where CarConnect Ltd operates.
